The Beach House at Holloways has three double bedrooms which comfortably sleep six adults, and there is an additional double sofa bed in the living area. Designed to suit its wonderful ocean front location, The Beach House is divided into two living pavilions with a tropical swimming pool in the central courtyard.
The main pavilion is bright and airy with the master suite - king size bed - located on a gallery level, a living and dining area downstairs under cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen complete with espresso machine and sandwich maker, family room and guest toilet.
The second pavilion houses two more bedrooms (one queen and one king single twins), a large bathroom, living area and laundry. Two sets of French doors open up the rear of the house onto a small patio and wonderful tropical garden, which leads directly to the beach and the safety of the beach swimming enclosure, just metres away.

Holloways Beach is just ten minutes from Cairns International Airport, 15 minutes from the centre of town in one direction, and 10 minutes from the world famous Skyrail in the other. Port Douglas is 45 minutes drive north, and the fabulous Mission Beach is one and a half hours south. There is so much to see and do in every direction, including the rainforests and rivers of the Daintree, the Great Barrier Reef and the beautiful Tablelands.

Closer to home, The Beach House is a two minute walk along the sand from the wonderfully relaxed Strait on The Beach café and bar, which is great for a morning coffee, sandwich lunch, or a drink in the evening as you watch the sun go down.  And next door to the Cafe is Coolums Restaurant for a romantic moonlit dinner right on the beach.

Both the café and restaurant are right in front of the public beach swimming enclosure, just meters down the beach from your backyard.

A little further up the road is Holloways Pizza and Pasta, which makes the best pizzas in town and does home delivery if you're feeling particularly relaxed.

One minutes walk from the end of Hibiscus Lane will take you to the cluster of local shops including a newsagency, convenience store, take away, video hire store, and a bottle shop - everything you need to pull up the drawbridge and enjoy a relaxed, beachside holiday at your own pace.
