“Absolutely Perfect” From my first phone call to enquire about making a booking I found this place to be fantastic. Eddie & Julie, the managers, could not have been more helpful and welcoming making me feel at ease about my reservation before I even got there.
The place itself is total luxury and as my husband commented, he has never stayed in a place that was so clean upon arrival. In fact he reckoned that the place was cleaner than any restaurant we had ever eaten at. The cutlery shone and the crockery sparkled.
The apartment lacked nothing. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and everything else to boot. We even had a t.v. in the bedroom with Austar. Amazing!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is close to all the local restaurants and the Tavern is next door but no noise can be heard from the apartment. We had a sensational time and cannot wait to go back....the sooner the better.

“We didn't want to leave!” I did a lot of research to find the Beachfront Apartments, and found the information on this website to be invaluable, so thought I would add my own experience. We were so thrilled with the apartment and amazed at the perfect location. The sea was so close we could see the waves rolling in and the breezes were divine. Eddie gave us a two bedroom for the price of one bedroom, and the top floor which had views everywhere. It had every possible convenience supplied, beautiful breezes and despite being close to the restaurants and tavern, we didn't hear anything. It is so peaceful, the people are friendly and helpful and the choices of where to eat fantastic.
We have been to many hotels and apartments in Australia and overseas, and Beachfront now takes pride of place as our favourite. It suited our needs with our little 3 yr old perfectly, with the bedrooms quiet and towards the back, while the open family room and kitchen was at the front. It was so nice sitting on the balcony (which is huge) watching the bats fly amongst the palm trees, with a gorgeous big moon reflecting light on the sea.
The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we did not use our own pillows which we always bring in case of hard pillows. This is quite unusual for us because we are very fussy. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable, a welcome relief when we had been out all day at a tour. Eddie & Julie were very helpful with any queries we had, and yet unobtrusive. It felt like our home while we were there.
The Bangkok Rose restaurant ( a brief stroll away, as are most of the eateries), was perfect for take-away and much cheaper than if you dine in. The Lunico Italian restaurant was fantastic, and they even gave our little boy a piece of dough to make something (he made a crocodile), which they baked and gave him to take home. Their pizzas are delicious and don't have a heavy base. We hired a car on a daily basis rather than booking for the nine days we were there, and the hire place was also a short walk round the corner.
The beachwear shop makes custom made bathers for the same price as a pair of bathers elsewhere, and had loads of choices. Again the service as everywhere was friendly and helpful. Everyone there is so relaxed. You don't have to get all dressed up for dinner, smart casual is as dressy as it gets.
When we were going on a tour for the day, we only had to walk, again just round the corner to the bus stop on Moore St where the tour operators all pick you up. Everything is so easy, it is the perfect family holiday, and I would say, perfect for couples of any age and occasion. It is a paradise, and I am looking forward to going there again one day. September was a great month to go, the weather was divine, and no mossies.
I can honestly say, we did not come across anything in the Beachfront Apartments that we could complain about, and the location is perfect. Needless to say, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
